By registering for sports classes at Lionheart Sport Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Enrollment:

Registration for sports classes is open to individuals of all ages, subject to availability. To secure a spot in the desired class, a non-refundable registration fee is required. Completion of the registration process does not guarantee placement in a specific class. Class availability is subject to capacity and other factors.

Participant’s Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. Participants must ensure that they meet any age, skill level, or other requirements specified for the chosen class. It is the participant’s responsibility to attend classes regularly, arrive on time, and comply with any rules, regulations, or instructions provided by the instructors.

Fees and Payments:

Parents are required to pay the designated class fees according to the payment schedule provided at the time of registration. Failure to make timely payments may result in the participant’s removal from the class, without refund or credit. All fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.

Health and Safety:

Participants must be in good health and physical condition to participate in sports classes. It is the parent’s responsibility to inform the academy of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect their child’s participation. Lionheart Sport Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the participation of any individual whose health or safety may be at risk.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner towards instructors, staff, fellow participants, and the facilities. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including harassment, bullying, or violation of academy policies, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the class without refund.

Liability and Waiver:

Participation in sports classes involves inherent risks. Participants and/or their legal guardians assume all responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation. Lionheart Sport Academy, its instructors, staff, and facilities shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants, their belongings, or any third party.

Changes and Cancellations:

Lionheart Sport Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to facility availability, instructor availability, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants in advance and provide suitable alternatives or refunds as applicable.

Privacy and Data Protection:

Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of class administration and communication, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the academy’s privacy policy. By registering for sports classes at Lionheart Sport Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
